These are some mid-high level Ad Agency workflows I put together to build consensus, test assumptions, and document user stories. They’re part of a larger project, documenting workflows for all our user groups.
Throughout my time at NYIAX, there have been a multitude of workflow diagrams, describing what we know about our clients’ workflows. Unfortunately, they’ve all been too complex to refer to on a regular basis, leaving our team without this key touch point.
I developed these new, simpler diagrams to get us all back on the same page. We use them primarily to document user stories for reference in PRDs and build consensus between teams and team members about how the Product roadmap reflects building support for key user stories. We also use these in User Interviews and Contextual Inquiries, to validate any assumptions about client workflows and to document points of departure.
These were built in Balsamiq to facilitate intra-team collaboration (our whole Product team has easy access to the Balsamiq cloud and are comfortable using this tool) as well as inter-team collaboration between Product and our offshore Engineering team (we are easily able to embed Balsamiq diagrams in Confluence documents, which are integral to our daily communications and enduring documentation.)
