In order to function as a guaranteed marketplace for advertising contracts, NYIAX has to support reconciliation of actual, delivered ad impressions against an agreed upon count of record, upon which invoices and payouts are based.
This is the process of developing the necessary screens, starting with the earliest wireframes, an early screenshot showing contract reconciliation, a current state displaying line item reconciliation, and finally wireframes showing the next two phases to be realized over upcoming sprints, displaying reconciliation at the insertion order level.
All of this work was done in collaboration with a product manager, and in the context of supporting managed service and client workflows for pre-delivery, delivery, billing, invoicing, and payouts. Each stage was vetted through user testing and interviews with both internal and external users.
